Imaj
Studios, LLC is the brainchild of two budding entrepreneurs,
Brian Jacob and Manoj Abraham. With a vision to create websites
balanced in form and content, while remaining practical and
affordable, the two formed Imaj Studios in the spring
of 2001.
As kids, Abraham and Jacob grew up as close friends; spending
much of their time speaking of their lofty ambitions to own
a multi-million dollar corporation together. After their high
school days, the two parted ways for college; both seeking
degrees in the computer field.
While in College, Jacob delved into the field of Computer
Science. There spawned a great deal of his interest in the
areas of Internet Technology and Network Architecture, Administration,
and Design. Working as a consultant in a well known firm,
Jacob was able to strengthen and develop those skills.
To
feed his avid interest in promotion methods through different
mediums, he founded Premier Entertainment: an event and social
party planning company. Within a short time, the company was
recognized by major organizations and their respective subsidiaries,
as well as major educational institutions (Rutgers, Princeton,
NYU, UPenn, etc.) as being their company of choice for promoting
private and social events.
At
the same time, Abraham was honing his technical skills and
interests in a different way. After several years in Network
Adminstration, he started his own private consulting firm
while attending college in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Catering
to the needs of small businesses, he designed network infrastructures,
built and supported desktop environments, and developed cost-effective
websites.
After
their college years, the two renewed their dreams, and set
out to bring their business aspirations to life. Bringing
their strengths in development, promotion methods, and practical
application into a partnership, Imaj Studios was born.
Soon
thereafter, Davis Thomas, a finance expert who made his mark
in organizations such as the National Association of Black
Accountants, was added as a partner to complete the trio.
This partnership now had a fine blend of creative power, promotional
efficacy, and operational integrity.
Today,
Imaj Studios continues with its commitment to providing
high quality web solutions at good rates, catering to a host
of diverse companies. Innovative, inspired, imagination. That's
how it all began. And that's how it will go on into the future.
